President Obama held his fourth prime time press conference tonight, speaking mostly to health care, but also issuing comments supportive of Harvard Professor Gates in his dispute with Cambridge Police. The President, in my opinion, made the general point that the current system is unsustainable but did a less than effective job of communicating the larger points on health care. He also declined generally to lay out markers beyond which congressional bills might draw a presidential veto. Not one of his better performances.

Your Honor,
Written like a true Democrat.
The President played the racist card supporting his ‘friend’ and directly discredited the Cambridge police department without, as he admitted, knowing anything about the incident. Ask your own patrolmen what they think of that dumb comment.
Are you telling me the president called this prime time news conference to tell us the health industry is unsustainable? You don’t think he (as did you) make that case before?
Maybe he has begun a new reality program called “Is the President smarter than a fifth grader”. (Not so far).
I am smiling.

Your Honor,
This President has the ‘blues’ regarding his health care vote count.

Your Honor,
Considering the importance of HealthCare to the Democrats, this blog is quite quiet.
Can’t blame you though the Democrats have split and HealthCare seems to be devolving itself, and to make matters worse the President has created a Gates-Gate that won’t go away. Another key Obama goal of ‘racial harmony’ has been shown to be another lie. It’s gone as a Democratic issue for quite a while
My smile is sliding into a grin.
It proves that even having all the marbles doesn’t achieve what is wanted. We know.
I hear me chuckling
Jules.
