Scott Brown, after stepping back from this potential race, has plunged back in to the U.S. Senate race on the Republican side after the withdrawal of Andy Card. Brown, at least at this point, seems to be the leading Republican candidate. He is joined by Canton Selectman Bob Burr. Chrisy Mihos seemed poised to abandon his race for the Republican nomination for Governor and enter this race, but alas he changed his mind. Senator Brown, at a minimum, should significantly up his statewide profile, and if he does lose this race could be positioned to run for statewide office in the future.

To the stranger who entered this blog, I find the entry to be truthful, insightful and fair.
I presume the Mayor, busy with his campaign, left the reporting to yourself. I fear once he reads it, a blasphemy to his party as it is, he will be furious.
Caution sir.

Jules,
I got a good laugh from your post. It was indeed me that put up the Senator Brown post. I was going to add that in the Massachusetts Senate Senator Brown is the only Senator to have better hair than Steve Baddour, but I left that out in the interest of being truthful, insightful, and fair!
