The Seabrook 2027 Capital Improvement Program

Seabrook’s draft 2027–2032 Capital Improvement Program offers a six-year look at the Town’s anticipated investments in roads, buildings, vehicles, public safety equipment, and water and sewer infrastructure. The goal is to identify needs early, set priorities, and plan for major expenses rather than wait for equipment to fail or repairs to become emergencies. The CIP is a planning document; it does not authorize spending or commit the Town to every project listed. Individual proposals remain subject to the annual budget process and required approvals. I’m sharing the draft to give residents a clearer picture of the needs ahead and the choices involved in maintaining Seabrook’s public services.
