Senator Kennedy Returns to Washington

Senator Ted Kennedy returned to Capitol Hill today to cast a vote on an important Medicare Bill. The Boston Globe reported that Kennedy flew to Washington immediately after receiving treatment in Boston, and then flew home right after the vote. A brief return, but one that came while Kennedy is leading conversations amongst key people in Washington about the shape of health care reform after January. Ted Kennedy, even in adversity, continues to work for the American people. Thank you, Ted Kennedy!

    Your Honor,

Do you believe we can afford “Health Care Reform” ala, Democratic version, as a nation?

Do you believe the Federal Government can run a health care system that covers 360 plus million people?

Like everything else Jules the devil is in the details. Our current system has produced some terrible results for many, and the disparity between our country and other countries in health care is leading to business disparities that are having serious, adverse effects. See the Big Three automakers for additional details. A change is needed Jules as I see the current system as unaffordable.
