The President used his weekly talk to speak to the uptick in the Gross Domestic Product, and to talk about whether his economic policies have helped us to start an economic turnaround. Job creation continues to lag, but the President wanted to put out an upbeat message that focuses on the positive. He defends the stimulus, and points again to the huge mess that he inherited.

It appears that Obama is having his Deval Patrick (Real estate tax cut) moment, and is getting us poor souls that make less than $250,000 ready for a general increase in taxes. Larry Summers and Timothy Geithner were sent out to the week end talk shows to drop the hints.
Democratic solution to all situations; Raise taxes.
Cap and Trade – Raise Taxes
Health Care – Raise Taxes
Reduce the deficit – Raise Taxes.
They are considering implementing the tax increase when the economy shows signs of recovery.
Being a mayor, can you predict what might happen if the taxes are raised at that critical time?

I hope you don’t mind if I enter some commentary regarding the Presidents well managed programs and the public’s reaction you seem to ignore.
Check the reaction from the crowds to the congress persons as they face the public in their own districts. smiled as I watched the face of Senator Spector as he was verbally accosted by the local crowd.
Now my ears hear ‘no socialism’ as the crowds protest the HealthCare federal takeover.
Maybe there is a God.

Good news for Obama: Revenues have plunged. 57% as I remember. Do you think that will come down on Methuen. Obama cuts payouts to states. Deval et al cuts the cherry sheet contribution. Wow.
Rumor has it that an Obama representative was seen in Kenya applying for a birth certificate in case Obama wants out.

August 5, 2009 Healthcare events update.
Revolution at the Town Meeting: The people are up in arms. When the Representatives obfuscate, the folks get angry.
Of course the Democratic Party is on full attack blaming the folks with being difficult. Guess what, the folks are comprised of Democrats, Republicans and independants.
Great stuff.
To show you how the local reps are trying to hide, the Meeting in Worcester. No advertisement of the times. People found by calling the reps offices and posing as supporters. They got the time, date and location. They then sent the word around.
When they got to the meeting, the disgruntled were given 3 x 5 cards to fill out questions. The questions were sorted by support vs disagree and only the support questions were asked. After a while all hell broke loose.
Now we learn the White House is asking supporters to foward e-mails that did not support the Healthcare bill as it stands to the white house for review. Big Brother. Is this as bad a the NSA program all you guys hated?
I will attend the Tsongis meetings and report the results in these pages.

Health Care Update:
The meetings are turning really ugly. The Democrat’s desperate charges of staged demonstrations by the GOP and far right have brought on even more attendance at the ‘Town Meetings’. What may be interesting is that a large number of the agitated attendees are actually Democrats and Independents who are literally afraid of the Democratic crafted takeover of health care. Now the union and acorn thugs are being inserted and people are being arrested.

Now the congress of the United States has ordered 8 (eight) business jets for their junket use. One use may be to fly to the Government owned Automobile Companies and chastise the managers.

Jules News Alert:
Union thugs are now beating up little old ladies and disabled elderly in hopes of intimidating the Health Care protesters.
The thugs are admitted to the meeting through a side door and then attempt to limit protesters by allowing limited numbers in to the auditorium.
The confrontations lead to violence.
Obama has declared war on the protesters. To conduct his campaign he now has people sending e-mail snitches. Just like 1984, children will turn in their parents.
The founding fathers are spinning the grave.

Democrats sent in their SEIU union thugs and beat up a town hall attendee. This fellow was only trying to sell flags and other trinkets. Four black SEIU union thugs (in blue jersey) surrounded this fellow accused him of being an uncle Tom and beat him severely.
This fellow ended up in the hospital and there were arrests.
