I was a tad annoyed with Gov. Patrick’s letter. He addresses us as “Fellow Citizens” and in the last sentence of his penultimate paragraph “…I…promise …high-quality public education for all Massachusetts RESIDENTS.” I wish he’d stayed with CITIZENS!
