The Governor’s race ventured to the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth for another debate. The debate audio on this is not the best, but it is workable. Some of the debate centered on the so called South Coast Rail Project, a $2 billion dollar project funded through the MBTA. This rail project would connect Fall River, Taunton, and New Bedford to Boston. Cahill and Baker both oppose the project due to the lack of funding, while Governor Patrick favors moving ahead.
