The President talks about financial reform and oversight in his weekly message. There can be no doubt that financial chicanery has put this nation in a deep bind, and renewed and vigorous oversight of the financial sector is something that is necessary and likely will have some broad support.

Your Honor,
The chicanery is a joint political/private sector corruption. The genesis of this financial horror show is ingrained in the Senate and house as well as their surrogates such as Acorn, Freddy and Fannie. The Financial community, handed a perceived asset of great wealth orchestrated by politicians, finished the job. The rest is history.
This corruption has now taken over the entire congress in a veto proof majority. Now the president and congress are leading us into a super debt and deep socialism.
