After many requests I am happy to announce that Methuen will be adding lacrosse as a sport that can be enjoyed by our children. My thanks to Methuen’s lacrosse committee, and Recreation Director Bill Pare, who have worked hard to make this a reality. The signup information is below.

Is proud to announce that the FASTEST growing sport in America is coming to Methuen!
LACROSSE
Format: In the Spring of 2009, Methuen will join the Mass Bay Youth Lacrosse League and travel to surrounding towns for games, One (1) practice and one (1) game per week.
Who’s Eligible: This will be a co-ed program for Methuen residents in grades 3 – 8.
Teams: We will enter a U11, U13 and U15 team
Registration: Will take place on Wednesday, 12/10/08 from 6-9pm at the Marsh School Cafeteria
Fee: $110 per person – does not include equipment. Equipment information will be available at registration.
