Your Honor,
The Methuen Relay for Life 2009 is a wonderful endeavor for all citizens of this city. Founders Scott Yim and Madison Aleksa have diligently been working hard to organize the seniors at Methuen High School and people of Methuen to participate in this 24 hour relay fundraiser that will benefit cancer research. A final date has not been set at this time, but they are looking at a date in early May, 2009.
I hope everyone supports Scott’s and Madison’s efforts to make this a project that will encompass the entire City of Methuen. So far, everyone who has heard about the “Relay for Life” is very enthusiastic and thrilled that the Methuen High School Seniors of the Class of 2009, under the direction of Scott and Madison, are involved in this “Good Deed”.
