Biden steps in it

Here we have Democratic VP Nominee Joseph Biden criticizing an Obama ad on McCain’s computer skills. Biden later issued a “clarifying” statement attacking the tone and veracity of McCain’s ads. This week also had Barack Obama saying on the Today show that Biden ‘should have waited” before criticizing the bailout of insurance giant A.I.G. Obama had needled McCain on that very point, only to have Biden take the same position as McCain. Todays column over at “The Fix” details some of the Biden gaffes, including a lighter one in which Biden urged a non-football playing Washington Post reporter to “work on your pecs”. With Biden it was only a matter of time, but the availability of Biden contrasts sharply with that of Governor Palin. Palin has effectively been placed in a media cocoon, while Biden will talk to anyone that will listen. Looking forward to the VP debates almost as much as the presidential ones.

    Your Honor,

I am recommending that the United States Congress enact an apology to Herbert Hoover for being unjustly tied to the Depression.

After all, as Joe Biden tells us, It was President Franklin Roosevelt who gave us the staight poop on T.V. in 1929.

    Wow who knew?

Wouldn’t you have a field day with Sara Palin if she said this.

    Jules (giggling).

If Sarah Palin had said that, it would be running NON-STOP. Letterman, Leno, the media would never let it go. But because the media and the entertainment elite are vastly a bunch of leftist morons, we don’t hear of this. They will bury it. Or brush it off with ‘well, Biden will be Biden’ As for Sarah being in a ‘cocoon’, well, what about that stuffed-shirt-in-an-empty-suit Obama? When he went to Europe and met with foreign dignitaries, there were only photo-ops available, no questions please, thank you very much. And when they do question that elitist fop, it’s strictly softball. They know that if he doesn’t have his teleprompter, well, it’s a little difficult to hear himself think. He’s a useless idiot.

Can’t run anything on Palin because like agent 86 she has entered the “cone of silence”. Biden’s gaffe shown here was criticizing his own nominee for an ad.And Biden will absolutely talk and talk and talk to anyone willing to listen. Palin, regardless of ideology, really knows next to nothing. She does bear some resemblance to agent 99.
