   Your Honor,

   Let me understand this. Shaheen claims she is a better candidate than Sununu. Why? Because Sununu votes with Bush/Republicans 95% of the time.

   So if she wins she will be independent (as Sununu was suppose to be) and she will vote against the Democratic agenda to show her independence.

   So therefore she will vote with the Republicans 95% of the time. Or like Obama she will vote “present”.

   Isn’t this fun.

   No Jules I think you are missing the point here. Voting against George Bush ought not to be done to show independence, it ought to be done because Bush is wrong 90 percent of the time. And if the Republicans voted present when they controlled both houses and the presidency maybe we would not have

   1)A sinking dollar

   2) massive job loss with the highest unemployment rate in recent memory.

   3) a misery index last seen many many years ago.

   4) A foreign policy that has recorded failure after failure, and which has us borrowing ten billion a month to spend in Iraq while they hold 80 billion in reserve

   5) policies which have led to the near collapse of the banking industry and a federal takeover of Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac which will cost taxpayers billions

   6)A total failure to move the country into new energy areas, and a near imbecilic chant of drill here, drill now. The United States uses 25 percent of the worlds oil supply, while having three percent of the total reserves worldwide. Even Republicans who have brought us NINE TRILLION of national debt can figure out that “drill here, drill now” doesn’t add up with those numbers.

   Your Honor,

   item 1. Part of a complex economic activity. I haven’t a clue of what is going on at this time.

   I will review the value of the dollar over the last 8 years.

   Low dollar value helps exports as you should be able to track. Gives us jobs.

   Item 2: Job loss took a turn when the Democrats took over. I will track that as well.

   Item 3. The political process is a misery until itself. Gotcha Politics gives me a headache. I won’t track this.

   Item 4 Democrat talking point mantra.

   Item 5 You are right. Except the policies have been in play long before George Bush took over. I think you will find it as much Barney Franks stupidity as any.

   Item 6 Democrats designed the body of law that has held our energy resouces hostage to your Lawyer/eco terrorists….er lobbyists.

   In place long before George Bush took office. As I told you in many entries, I have been hearing this mantra over and over again for 30 years. Obama, today, had the temerity to berate the Republicans for not solving the energy issue, all the while Pelosi declared a long vacation.

   You got to stop parroting the sentences from the little red book. Parroting favorable data is not truth. But, what does truth have to with the drive for power.

   I have a feeling I will find things falling apart with the new Democratic congress in 2006.

   I’ll back at you about this.

   I have researched the value of the dollar. Early returns shows a significant change showing falling value since 2006, the year of the Democratic come back.

   I will follow up with tracking the economy.
