Watching Hillary Clinton give that magnificient speech last night I mourned the loss of this very special lady as the nominee of the Democratic Party. I still believe she would be the best candidate to beat McCain.

How can she beat MCCain when she can’t win the Democrats?
I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall to see what the negotiations were required to get her and her cohorts to end the rebellion?
Are the ladies happy now?

I don’t know about happy, but I think we have achieved some degree of unity here. Lets see what the polling data shows for bounce after the Obama fest tonight.

No, the ladies are not happy now. How is Obama the candidate of change. What change? He’s still a man! I think the country would have been well served by a strong, smart woman like Hilary Clinton who would bring to the office of the Presidency for the first time since it’s existence, a woman’s view point. A view point from the perspective of the gender that gives birth to the soldiers that are sent to war. A view point unimagined by any man. A woman who could have been a player on the global stage who understands foreign policy and diplomacy because she has already interned on that level. No, Jules the ladies are not happy that the good old boy network apparently thinks it is better to be considered a sexist than it is to be a racist when in fact they are equally dispicable. Especially when the focus of the sexism is on the person who is by far more qualified on every level than the man they were afraid would accuse them of racism.
