    I think that Obama truly has been somewhat flat, even in prepared speeches. I think that Biden, despite my geographic doubts, did a great job, and took it to the McCain weakness. Leaving aside the partisanship for a second I believe that this is a contact sport that so far has had plenty of contact to Obama’s chin. Biden will change that, and be an effective and tough spokesman for the ticket.

    I don’t know if he is a spokesman or a magnet.

    He has said manythings while shooting from the hip. Did you play that video where he and other Dems talk of support for the Iraq war?

    It will be interesting. My advice to the McCain camp is to focus on Obama on the issues and not try to make Biden a Maytr.
