Your Honor,
What collage of garbage. Clean air, renewable energy, global warming, nerds demanding but not solving the problem. Activists are good at making video clips, but they can’t do a thing.
We will achieve this some time in the future, but for now we are still stuck with carbon energy for a quite a while. It’s plentiful and cheap. (The present price is set by government government restrictions.
WHEN THE TECHNOLOGY IS READY AND ECONOMICAL, NO TAX INCENTIVES WILL BE REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT IT.

Your Honor,
What part of the tax law makes it an incentive for big Oil to harvest energy as against a deduction against capital investment and operating costs?
Is this a special tax for Big Oil only. If this answer is yes then I want it eliminated for all (including wind and solar).
Let everyone compete for delivery price.
