I have attached the annual State of the City Address I delivered to the Methuen Board of Trade last night. Read the Tribune story here. My thanks to the Board of Trade and the Methuen Senior Center for their hospitality.

    Good speech.. lots of vision for future of Methuen.
    I saw the reference to the SBA meeting you had last week.. what was the outcome of that meeting?
    I understand that the feasibility study is fairly expensive.. how much does Methuen have to put up for their share of the study?

    That is not clear as of yet, but it will be substantial. The MSBA does not share in that cost, at least as I understand the process.
